A convenient reformatting of Cenote-Taker 3 "Virion" and "DNARep" hallmark HMM databases into HMM files based on the HMM name. (extracted from HMM files here). Based on Cenote-Taker 3 HMM Database v3.1.1. There is some unneccesary redundancy in the naming, but this should be a good start for people who want specific models. RDRP hallmark models are already in a single-domain multi-hmm in the previously linked resource.
