以人体样本铷元素原子吸收光谱数据为分析对象，先完成光谱采集、拟合与预处理，按元素表现程度阈值对光谱曲线分段，结合滑动窗口线性回归、波动趋势、邻域相似度计算基线漂移程度，采用迭代自适应基线矫正算法并以基线漂移程度降至0.1为迭代终止条件，最终通过标准曲线完成铷元素含量定量换算，形成从原始光谱到精准检测结果的完整数据处理与分析规则。
