Perception on phone medical report to family members of patients admitted by covid-19 to emergency observation rooms

A non-experimental cross-sectional study by means of a survey of relatives of patients with COVID-19 admitted during the months of July and August 2020. From 2936 relatives, the sample was selected for finite populations. They were called by phone and after acceptance, a survey was sent via WhatsApp in Google form format. Once the survey was received, it was statistically managed.347 surveys were conducted.
