New//Manager Recruitment Practices — 2022

The Barometer of Management Recruitment Practices aims to better understand the channels mobilised by companies to fill their executive positions and the process used to select successful candidates. The barometer is based on a telephone survey of a sample of 1,150 companies with 10 or more employees from the private sector who have recruited at least one executive in the last 12 months. These companies come from a larger sample whose representativeness is guaranteed by compliance with criteria of wage size, sector of activity and region, based on INSEE’s register of companies and establishments.
