Transcriptome data of susceptible and different insecticide resistant strains of aphids in the bird cherry-oat aphid Rhopalosiphum padi

This project uses RNA sequencing to demonstrate the gene expression differences between the sensitive strain, imidacloprid resistant strain, and sulfoxaflor resistant strain of Rhopalosiphum padi. Through transcriptome analysis of all sensitive comparisons, this study revealed the molecular mechanism of aphid insecticide resistance and identified the genes involved in resistance.
