Aggregated data on persons who have entered the queue for receiving State-funded technical aids (hereinafter - TPLs), which are issued in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No 250 "Procedures by which the Latvian Society of the Blind and the Latvian Association of the Deaf provide social rehabilitation services and provide technical aids – tiflotechnics and surdotechnics" or No 878 "Regulations on Technical Aids".
