Transcriptome analysis of maternal Ovo-B knockdown ovaries

Maternal Ovo-B activates germline-specific gene expression in primordial of germ cells (PGCs). To reveal the transcriptome profile of maternal Ovo-B knockdown ovaries, we compared the transcriptomes between maternal Ovo-B knockdown ovaries and control ovaries. Ovaries were collected from the flies with TM3 derived from nos-Gal4-VP16/TM3 females mated with UASp-OVO-A (maternal Ovo-B knockdown) or yw (control).
