NSCLC Tumor Microenvironment: Annotated Histopathology Image Dataset

This dataset contains high-resolution histopathology image patches derived from non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whole slide images. Each image is accompanied by an XML annotation file compatible with the ICY format, describing the spatial localization of various cellular and tissue components within the tumor microenvironment.
