Within two institutional databases, 180 men who underwent two different en bloc ThuLEP were match-pair compared, after the learning curve of two-experienced endourologist. All patients were evaluated at baseline and at six-month after surgery with PSA, Qmax, and self-administrated IPSS. Operative data and 30-postoperative day complications were gathered.
