Within two institutional databases, 180 men who underwent two different en bloc ThuLEP were match-pair compared, after the learning curve of two-experienced endourologist. All patients were evaluated at baseline and at six-month after surgery with PSA, Qmax, and self-administrated IPSS. Operative data and 30-postoperative day complications were gathered.本研究在两家医疗机构的数据库中，针对两位经验丰富的泌尿内镜医师完成学习曲线阶段后，接受两种不同整块式铥激光前列腺剜除术（Thulium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate, ThuLEP）的180名男性患者开展配对对比分析。所有患者均于术前基线状态及术后6个月时，通过前列腺特异性抗原（Prostate-Specific Antigen, PSA）、最大尿流率（Maximum Urinary Flow Rate, Qmax）及自评式国际前列腺症状评分（International Prostate Symptom Score, IPSS）完成评估。研究同时收集了手术相关数据及术后30天的并发症发生情况。
