CMIP6 models and forcings

The archive contains CMIP6 climate model data used in the experimental setting in the paper "Distributionally-robust detection of single forcings under climate interventions" by Enikő Székely, Sebastian Sippel, Nicolai Meinshausen, Guillaume Obozinski, Reto Knutti.

The models dataset (models.tar.gz) contains the temperature maps from 114 runs (59 historical runs and 55 control runs) from 28 models from different modelling centers. 

The forcing dataset file (ERF_ssp585_1750-2500.csv) contains the external forcings. 

We acknowledge the World Climate Research Programme, which coordinated and promoted CMIP6 through its Working Group on Coupled Modelling. We thank the climate modeling groups for producing and making available their model output, the Earth System Grid Federation (ESGF) for archiving the data and providing access, and the multiple funding agencies who support CMIP6 and ESGF.
