RBD-GP96-Fusion immune conjugate induces strong immune response in lymphocytes

In BALB/c mice, the identical molar quantity of Cy5+ fluorescently labeled RBD protein and RBD-GP96-Fusion protein was immunized respectively on the backs of the mice, with three mice in each group. 18 hours after immunization, the lymph nodes of the limbs of the mice were harvested. Cy5+ cells were sorted by flow cytometry for single-cell sequencing analysis to determine the differences between the two groups.
