RNA-seq of Parageobacillus sp. G301 under different culture conditions

This project investigates the physiological role of hydrogenogenic carbon monoxide (CO) oxidation in thermophilic facultative anaerobes belonging to the family Anoxybacillaceae. RNA sequencing was conducted on Parageobacillus sp. G301 grown under 12 different culture conditions, varying by electron donor (pyruvate or CO), electron acceptor (oxygen, nitrate, or none), and growth phase (logarithmic or stationary).
