We report the draft genome sequence of Holospora undulata, a micronucleus-specific symbiont of the cilliate Paramecium caudatum. The genome information will contribute to a better understanding of the symbiotic relationship between H. undulata and the host Paramecium, and co-evolution of H. undulata with the host.
