Dataset of C:N:P ratios of particulate organic matter in the northern Indian Ocean during the fall intermonsoon

The dataset consists of the environmental parameters such as temperature, salinity, particulate organic carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus (POC, PON, and POP), and inorganic nutrients from the surface to a depth of 1000 m. Additionally, the contributions of different phytoplankton communities to POC in the top layer are included. The dataset was acquired during the fall intermonsoon season in the northern Indian Ocean, consisting of the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea. SK373 dataset includes the results of the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea, while the SK374 dataset depicts the results of the Arabian Sea.
