Skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog: Acid phosphatase

This dataset contains all acid phosphatase histology data used in the manuscript <strong>The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy</strong> Included are: 1) all raw images (separated by staining batch) for both longitudinal vastus lateralis and post-mortem multiple muscles (images in .tif format). These can be found in two .zip files, one for all longitudinal vastus data, and one for all post mortem data. 2) quantitative 'AP fraction' values derived from those images, as per-image values and geomean per-sample values, along with a sample key. This is provided as an excel spreadsheet.
