Dataset for: A comparison of subpixel image matching algorithms based on maximum cross-correlation for Arctic sea ice drift retrieval using passive microwave data

This is an Arctic sea ice drift dataset derived from MWRI and AMSR2 data using the maximum cross-correlation method and subpixel image matching algorithms. The file format is HDF5 (.he5). The file naming convention is "Sensor Identifier_Arctic_YYYYMM_DDDD_Frequency Identifier_Polarization Identifier_Subpixel Image Matching Algorithm Identifier_Spatial Resolution Identifier.he5", where "YYYY" represents the year, "MM" represents the month, and "DDDD" represents the start and end days of retrieved sea ice drift. Each file contains two variables, "x_motion" and "y_motion", which represent the drift velocity of sea ice in the X and Y directions, respectively, under the EPSG:3411 projected coordinate system, with units in km/day.
