Dataset for "Effects of crack evolution along the seepage path on hydraulic behavior in a cracked soil considering wetting-drying cycles"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the dataset associated with the manuscript "Effects of crack evolution along the seepage path on hydraulic behavior in a cracked soil considering wetting-drying cycles" submitted to Water Resources Research. The uploaded files include the main processed results file (Crack Parameters.xlsx, Hydraulic conductivity.xlsx, Infiltration capacity.xlsx, Infiltration Data.xlsx, picture.rar). Picture files are named according to sample ID and testing condition. For example, 1-12%_dry denotes photographs of the sample after the first drying cycle to 12% water content, while 2-18%_wet_binarization refers to binarized images of the sample after the second drying cycle to 18% water content, following subsequent infiltration. These data are used to investigate the effects of desiccation crack evolution along the seepage path and the associated hydraulic characteristics during wetting‑drying cycles. The image data primarily serve to quantify crack network parameters, while the hydraulic test data are used to analyze the hydraulic behavior of the soil samples. The files are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and further development of the analytical framework. Detailed experimental setups, parameter settings, and interpretation of the results should be read together with the associated manuscript.
