Trifolium pratense ''Marathon'' 30 dpi nodule raw sequence reads

Trifolium pratense ''Marathon'' seeds were planted in Leonard jars containing vermiculite and perlite (3 to 1 mixture) and inoculated with Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. trifolii (isolated from Nitragin Gold Clover pre-inoculant powder) at a rate of 10^8 cells per seedling. Plants were watered with 0.25X Hoagland''s nitrogen-free nutrient solution and grown in a growth chamber at 22C and with a 16 h photoperiod. Nodules were harvested 30 days post inoculation, and and flash frozen in liquid nitrogen. RNA was extracted from nodules, using an RNeasy Plant Mini Kit.
