Whole genome sequences of oral Veillonella, Analyzing roles of Veillonella in oral biofilm.

It is already reported that Veillonella has important roles to form oral biofilms at early stage. The goal of this study is set as the development of novel method to control the biofilm formation at early stage to clarify the roles of Veillonella. Whole genome sequence has important parts of this project.
