Gene expression in kiwifruit under low potassium stress

The normal rooting tissue culture seedlings were cultured in MS medium with the concentration of 600mg / L NH4NO3 100mg / L KNO3 and normal MS medium for 10 days, and the roots of the plants were taken for transcriptome sequencing and analysis. After quality control, the data of each sample is between 8- 13g, and the transcriptome data is good. There were 712 differential genes, of which 347 genes were up-regulated and 365 genes were down-regulated.
