IMPROVING PHYSICAL EDUCATION THROUGH THE USE OF INTERACTIVE SIMULATORS IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

This study explores the application of interactive trainers in general secondary schools as a means of improving physical education. The research examines how digital and interactive training equipment can enhance students’ motivation, physical fitness, motor skills, and engagement during physical education lessons. The study reviews current literature on interactive educational technologies, provides a practical framework for their implementation in school settings, and analyzes their effectiveness through empirical observations and performance metrics. The results demonstrate that the integration of interactive trainers significantly increases students’ physical activity, enhances skill acquisition, and fosters long-term interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The study concludes with recommendations for teachers and educational institutions on best practices for incorporating interactive technologies in physical education curricula.
