Gaps distribution in the Purkinje cells layer

The distribution of inter-cellular gaps in the Purkinje cells layer. Data are saved as a mesh in .ply file format ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PLY_(file_format) ). The vertices of the mesh represent single cells, and the associated color represents inter-cellular gap size in a jet-like colormap.
