soil fungal community from long term experiment in Yuanyang

The field site was established in 1989 in Yuanyang (35°05′ N, 113°96ʹ E), Henan province, China. The soil was classified as fluvo-aquic soil (clay 26%, Aquic Inceptisol, USDA classification) developing from alluvial sediments of the Yellow River. The setup is a block design with two independent replicate blocks, in which each block comprises different treatments randomized in plots of 30m2 separated by cement bars. Details of experimental treatments were fully described in our previous paper[26]. Among the set fertilization strategies, we selected five treatments in current study, B (abandoned treatment), CK (without fertilisation), NPK (mineral NPK fertilisers) and two integrated fertilization: NPKS (mineral NPK fertilisers plus straw return), NPKM (mineral NPK fertilisers plus organic amendments).
