资源简介:
This bibliometric study shed light on the complex relationship between entrepreneurship education and the long-term sustainability of graduate-led businesses. The thematic map and word frequency analysis reveal a strong emphasis on sustainable development, student-centered learning, and the cultivation of entrepreneurial skills within the context of higher education. However, despite the growing prevalence of entrepreneurship education in college curricula, many graduates still struggle to maintain their businesses over time. The disconnect between classroom learning and real-world challenges, insufficient post-graduation support and resources, and challenging market conditions all contribute to the high failure rates of these ventures. To bridge this gap, entrepreneurship education must evolve to incorporate more experiential learning opportunities, foster supportive ecosystems for graduate entrepreneurs, and equip students with the resilience and adaptability needed to navigate the complexities of the business world. The findings of this research have important implications for educators, policymakers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. By understanding the factors that influence the sustainability of graduate-led businesses, stakeholders can work together to develop more effective educational approaches, support systems, and policies that enable these ventures to thrive. Future research could explore the specific design elements of entrepreneurship programs that best prepare students for real-world challenges, investigate the long-term impact of post-graduation support initiatives, and examine strategies for fostering resilience and adaptability among graduate entrepreneurs in the face of market uncertainties.
