This dataset contains soil physicochemical properties and biomass measurements collected under a precipitation manipulation experiment simulating reduced and increased annual rainfall conditions. Three treatments were established: 40% reduction in annual precipitation (P-4), ambient control (C), and 40% increase in annual precipitation (P+4).Measured variables include annual precipitation (PPT, mm), soil electrical conductivity (EC, mS cm⁻¹), soil pH, total biomass (TB, g m⁻²), and soil organic carbon (SOC, g kg⁻¹).The dataset is designed to assess the effects of altered precipitation regimes on soil properties and ecosystem productivity, providing experimental evidence for understanding ecosystem responses to climate change scenarios.
