MTIL audit: reproduction bundle, code and run records

Version 2.0.0. Artifacts for an audit of MTIL (a full-history Mamba-2 imitation policy; IEEE RA-L 2025, arXiv:2505.12410). Unchanged from version 1: self-contained bundle to reproduce the recurrent-controller (scan versus step) finding: weights-only cube-transfer checkpoint, per-joint scaler, one demonstration episode (HDF5) with its cached DINOv2 features, and the pristine published policy module (SHA256SUMS included). New in version 2.0.0: mtil-audit-v2.0.0.zip, the audit code and run records (release v2.0.0 of the accompanying repository): windowed-trained context controls with and without temporal action ensembling, RMBench Put Back Block full-history versus 16-frame controls (including 150-epoch controls), rollout stopwatch and horizon/encoder profiling, the scan-versus-step equivalence checker, and per-run histories, evaluation logs, per-episode RMBench diagnostics, timing records and checker outputs (results/ral2026/). No new checkpoints or datasets are included.
