An all-solid-sate fluoride shuttle battery is a promising candidate for a next generation rechargeable battery. Recently, Prof. K. Mori has reported that Sr-doped CeF3 exhibits the highest ionic conductivity at relevant low temperature. To clarify why this material shows high ionic conductivity compared with CeF3, we would like to perform mSR on the both materials to investigate F-ion diffusion. We expect the spectum shows oscillation due to the formation of F-mu-F in the low temperatures, and dynamic Kubo-toyabe type relaxation due to F-diffusion at high temperatures. We also would like to clarify whether F-ion diffusion can be detected by mSR in this proposed experiment.
