Studies have shown that Coptidis rhizoma, Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng have good protective effects on cerebral ischemic injury. Here, SD rats subjected to 1.5 h MCAO and referfusion for 24 h which was pretreated with Coptidis Rhizoma alkaloids, Astragalosides, Panax notoginseng saponins and there Composition CAP for 5 days. RNA-Seq analysis was performed on the brain tissues of each group.
