This fileset contains three spreadsheets of data used as the basis of 'Report on offset agreements: evaluating current Jisc Collections deals. Year 3 – evaluating 2017 deals' (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1473588), published on 29 October 2018. The datasets contain details of article processing charges (APCs) paid by UK universities in 2017; journal subscription expenditure paid by UK universities in 2015-16 (see https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.4542433.v6); and data on the sources of APC funding.
