The goals of this study are to compare small RNA profile between wild type and trangenic corn in T0 and T4 (T0 is a leaf tissue collected at 45 days afte planting in the greenhous and T4 is the plant that were polinated by hand for 4 generations from T0→T1→T2→T3→T4)
