Targeted sequencing of pICLpso plasmids in C. elegans

This project contains targeted sequencing data of C. elegans animals injected with plasmids containing a psoralen crosslink at a defined site. We perfomed PCRs over the plasmid in transgenic F1 animals that contain an estimated 10-50 copies of the pICLpso plasmid. We studied mutational signatures in wild-type animals as well as animals with mutation in DNA repair genes (e.g. xpf-1, fcd-2, polh-1, rev-1, rev-3, trul-1).
