Histone H4K31monomethyl modification of Schizosaccharomyces pombe

Schizosaccharomyces pombe is one of excellent organisms to study the mechanism of histone modifications. To analyze the function of uncharacterized histone modification, H4K31me, genome-wide H4K31me localization was determined in vegetative cells of Schizosaccharomyces pombe by chromatin immunoprecipitation.
