See Table 4 for datails of each dataset.本数据集包含两部分：一是系统基因组学数据（Phylogenomic data），具体包括序列矩阵、位点分区文件，以及通过串联法（concatenation approach）或溯祖法（coalescence approach）推断得到的、涵盖基因树（gene trees）与物种树（species tree）的系统发育树（phylogenetic trees）；二是对应文章《基于Hyb-Seq数据（Hyb-Seq）的菊科菜蓟族（Compositae：Cardueae）核与质体DNA系统发育：全新亚族分类及时间分化框架》的分子定年分析附录。各数据集的详细信息详见表4。
