In the period 2011 - 2020 there were 229 requests for conciliation.<BR>
98 were ultimately withdrawn by the applicants, resulting in unpublished decisions.<BR>
3 were inadmissible, because filed too late.<BR>
8 cases were not about dismissal.<BR>
74 cases excluded based on specialty.<BR>
10 cases were excluded based on sufficient scores on professionalism (7) or insufficient match (3) based on the shortness or lack of richness of description of unprofessional behavior.<BR>
2 psychiatry cases from the period 2010/2011 were added<BR><BR>
From the 38 remaining cases, 19 were previously in residency training for psychiatry and 19 previously in residency training for family medicine (matched).<BR><BR>
