Induction of IMPDH2 and Nucleolar Hypertrophy Are Required for Growth Transformation of B cells by Epstein-Barr virus

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) can transform primary B cells, and the molecular mechanism of the transformation is analyzed in this manuscript. On the other hand, CD40/IL4 treatment can induce temporal proliferation of primary B cells. To compare the mechanisms, we carried out RNAseq of day 0 and day 6 samples of CD40/IL4-treated primary B cells.
