Amphiprion clarkii population structure and outlier loci

Study to investigate the relationship between selection, gene flow, and genetic drift across the northern half of the species range of Amphiprion clarkii (the yellowtail clownfish) to determine if edge populations have responded to spatially divergent selection and display genomic signatures of adaptation to their unique thermal environment. Samples come from Japan (Shikoku Island), the Philippines (Leyte) and Indonesia (Sulawesi Tengeh).
