Chronic allergic asthma alters the lung m6A epitranscriptome, suggesting functional implications in the pathophysiology of refractory asthma. Methylated IL17RB mRNA possibly become a new therapeutic target for chronic allergic asthma. m6A epitranscriptome of mRNAs and lncRNAs in lung of mice was measured at control (C1,C2,C3) and asthma (T1,T2,T3) group. Three independent experiments were performed in control and asthma mice for each experiment.
