Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) is a computational method that identifies whether pre-defined gene sets exhibit statistically consistent differential expression between two biological states such as phenotypes. This platform provides access to GSEA software downloads, the Molecular Signatures Database (MSigDB), reference documentation, and usage guidelines for RNA-seq data. MSigDB is a collection of annotated gene sets that can be used for analysis with the GSEA software. Additionally, this platform supports running analyses including classic GSEA and single-sample GSEA (ssGSEA) via the GenePattern platform.
