资源简介:
Human leukemia virus type 1 (HTLV-1) is thought to be related to the occurrence of adult T cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL), T-cell neoplasms with a poor prognosis. After Transmission of HTLV-1 mainly by breast-feeding, it takes about 50 years for the onset of ATL and ATL However, tumorigenic process of lymphocytes infected with HTLV-1 responsible for the occurrence of ATL is not fully understood. We found CD30 involves disease progression in human leukemia virus type 1 (HTLV-1)-infected individuals. In the body, HTLV-1-infected T-cells are surrounded by reactive cells and appears to be repeatedly stimulated by ligand for CD30, CD30L. We wanted to know the role of CD30 stimulation by CD30L for further transformation of HTLV-1- infected T-cells and its contribution to the generation of ATL cells. For this purpose, we examined the effect of CD30 stimulation by CD30L in HTLV-1 infected cell lines using transcriptional analyses. We co-cultured HTLV-1 infected cell lines with CD30L/CHO or mock/CHO for one month and the cells were harvested. RNA was extracted and served for RNA-seq analyses.
