This dataset comprises 16S rRNA gene sequencing data from mouse colon tissue samples. The samples were collected from the colon of mice at Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in Changsha. The study aims to investigate the relationship between spleen deficiency-associated constipation and gut microbiota composition. Sequencing was performed with approximately 50,000 tags per sample to ensure adequate coverage for microbial community analysis.
