Expression data from PDGF-B and EGFRvIII induced murine gliomas

The trascription profiles of PDGF-B and EGFRvIII induced glioma models were compared. We show that both models converge towards a phenotype that resembles proneural glioblastoma subset. Cells from PDGF-B or EGFRvIII induced glioma were explanted, dissociated and sorted by FACS, basing on the expression of the DsRed reporter expressed togheter with PDGF-B or EGFRvIII as a bicistronic transcript.
