Clinical prediction score development for predicting 28-day mortality of elderly sepsis patients in emergency department

we aimed to develop an easy clinical prediction score that could be used at the point of initial assessment of emergency department for predicted 28-day mortality of suspicious elderly (≥60 years) sepsis patients and compared area under the curve of the explore model with general well-known used of sepsis score.
