We propose to obtain up to 5 deep exposures of a black hole transient in outburst as part of a global simultaneous multi-wavelength campaign. Each exposure should be 130 ksec in duration (1/2 orbit).Curvature and breaks in the high energy spectra of black holes are essential for comparing gamma-ray and X-ray states and for revealing the relationship between hard X-ray emission and jets. It is now clear that deep exposures are needed to reveal diagnostic complexities in the high energy spectra of black holes.
