Edges are defined as links between two nodes in the graph and the number edge present in the current graph is stated. Here edges are grouped into categories and the number of edges of each category are reported. The number of edges in parentheses represent the number of additional edges stored in a biomedical specific knowledge graph, but not the main knowledge graph.
