To investigate the phosphate concentration affect on osteogenic differentiation, we induced hBM-MSCs osteogenic differentiation in vitro, and different concentration of phosphate culture medium were used treat the cells. We then performed RNA-seq to check three groups genes expression and did bioinformatics analysis on days 7 of osteogenic differentiation induction. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for hBM-MSCs in different phosphate concentration culture medium on days 7 of osteogenic differentiation induction.
