Executing multi-taxa eDNA ecological assessment via traditional metrics and interactive networks

These pre processed/analyzed data are for the above mentioned paper published in Science of the total environment (10.1016/j.scitotenv.2020.138801). Please see the article for full data description and how the data were utlized. Included are the raw OTU bins for the four different markers used in the study, the raw taxonomic assigments as described in the manuscript, the traditional macroinvertebrate sampling data (community table with unique taxon identified using Furse codes and columns showing altSite ID [meta data]) and the site meta data sets.
