Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of normal and methamphetamine (MA) abusers with different addiction susceptibility. The Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs). Samples included 8 health controls, 8 high MA addiction susceptibility (HMAS) abusers, and 8 high MA addiction susceptibility (LMAS) abusers. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 24 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 Beadchip
