Using high-throughput sequencing technique and bioinformatics analysis, we analyze the transcriptome of H. armigera parasitized by the two closely-related parasitoid wasps Microplitis mediator and M. tuberculifer accordingly. Then we analyze the expression pattern of immune-related genes, and screen the key genes involved in the immunological interactions.
