The general performance of the regional administration expresses the result that the entire organisation, with its individual subdivisions, achieves in order to achieve certain objectives and, ultimately, to meet the needs of citizens. The purpose of performance measurement is to represent the body as a whole externally and to use its results in the various programming documents in order to ensure greater effectiveness and efficiency of administrative action. In this perspective, the staff in service assumes a decisive role in the process of measuring and evaluating Performance, as the work contribution in qualitative-quantitative terms of the employees contributes decisively to the achievement of the operational and strategic objectives identified in the PIAO. The purpose of this dataset is therefore to represent the correlation between the performance of the general performance of the regional administration and the changes that have occurred over time in the organisational structure of the body. In this regard, we would point out that in 2022, despite a decrease in the number of regional staff, the performance of the body did not change significantly compared to previous years. This document updates the year 2022.
